General Information

The Napa County Fair & Fireworks, located in Calistoga, California, is host to nearly 10,000 people in this one day celebration of our nation’s birthday. The Napa County Fair & Fireworks, in the heart of California’s famous wine country, accepts a variety of vendors for its diverse spectrum of patrons.

This application is for the purpose of assisting the Napa County Fair & Fireworks in the selection of this year's Arts & Crafts vendors. This application is not a contract, nor a guarantee of same. Do NOT send money with this application.

Attach color photographs of the proposed exhibit booth and product(s) as they would appear at the Napa County Fair & Fireworks. Don’t underestimate the importance of photos that are clear and show your display at its best!

Exhibit spaces are outdoor and located throughout the fairgrounds.


Exhibit spaces are not supplied with drapes, carpeting, or shading. Vendors are responsible for furnishing such items, if needed, and they must be approved in advance by the Fair. Approval is based on Fire Marshal requirements and aesthetic appearance.

Spaces are sold in 10’x10’ increments (10x10, 10x20, etc.). All of the exhibit must fit within the designated space boundaries.

For any vendor sampling food products Health Inspections will begin on Friday, July 1.

RV parking is located in the Calistoga RV Park. All spaces are equipped with power and water hookups. Premium sites include sewer hookups; standard sites are water and electric only. Stock truck parking is located in an area designated by Fair Management.

Hours of Operation

Fair is open Monday, July 4th from 12pm to 11pm. Arts & Crafts vendors must be open from 12pm to 8pm.

Check-In

All vendors must check-in with the Napa County Fair & Fireworks Office prior to setting up. The Fair & Fireworks Office will be open for vendor check-in on Sunday, July 3rd from 10am to 7pm and again on Monday, July 4th at 7am. All vendors must be checked-in by 9am on Monday, July 4th. Booths must be completely set up by 11am.

Rates & Fees

Arts & Crafts spaces are:

  • Returning Vendors: $50.00 per 10x10
  • New Vendors: $75.00 per 10x10
Non-profit spaces are:
  • Displaying information only: $35 per 10x10
  • Selling items: $50 per 10x10

Admission Credentials

All vendors are provided with two credentials for staff. Any additional credentials must be purchased prior to July 4th in order to get the discounted rate. WFA Credentials are also accepted.

Parking

Due to limited parking, only one (1) complimentary parking pass will be issued per booth. Additional parking passes will be available for purchase at check-in.

Upon our review, we will notify all new applicants of their acceptance or position on our waiting list within three weeks of receipt of application. Timely entries are encouraged.

Consideration is given to prior participants based upon a professional display, uniqueness, quality product(s), and conducting business in a professional manner.
