Welcome guests to a day of fun! Ensure that every guest has provided a valid admission credential or ticket to the fair or special event.
Cashier
Sell guests admission to the Fair or special event. Collect monies and issue tickets.
Kid Kountry
Help families understand directions for participating in each station. Encourage them to have fun. Answer questions and offer information about farming and its role in their lives. Maintain a safe, secure, educational and fun environment. Encourage sharing, taking turns, and moving on when activity has been completed.
Building Docent
Monitor the exhibit building and individual exhibits to ensure their protection. Assist guests with questions and information about how to enter for next year.
Special Event Host
Assist with organizing contests and games, distribute drinking glasses and wristbands, decorate and maintain tables, run errands.
Entry and Event Setup
Help take it all in. Receive entries from participants, record judges comments and award placings, identify winning pieces with ribbons and special awards, help coordinate, hang, arrange, and display the thousands of items entered.
Entry and Event Teardown
Help give it all back. Assist participants with claiming their items and awards.
